In Inferno Pilates, we fuse the precision and grace of traditional Pilates with a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. Prepare to challenge your body and mind as we sculpt, strengthen, and ignite your core in this fiery and dynamic class.
Inferno Pilates is a full-body, high intensity, low impact workout that targets not only your core muscles but also your arms, legs, and glutes. Through a series of controlled and deliberate movements, you'll engage your deep core muscles to stabilize and support your body for optimal health, alignment and wellbeing. During the class, we may incorporate working with optional small props such as resistance bands, hand weights, and Pilates balls to add resistance and challenge to your movements.
