Rita has been doing Yoga for well over a decade. She is a certified yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance. Her approach to teaching is joyful compassion, with simple instructions that guide you to find your edge, challenging yourself compassionately.
"I found Yoga during a low point in my life and little by little consistent practice improve my life. This inspired me to become a Yoga Instructor and Holistic Health Coach to help guide and support others on their own journeys to complete wellness and rejuvenation. My advanced degrees and background in exercise physiology, education, and nursing also contributed to my passion for embracing and encouraging healthy living."
