Take your practice to the next level in this special workshop series designed for students ready to dive deeper into the mechanics of key postures and elevate their understanding of alignment, breath, and strength.
Led by experienced 26&2 teacher Kimberly Crady, this 3-part series offers an opportunity to slow down and explore the foundational techniques needed to safely and confidently access forward bends, backbends, twists, and standing balancing postures.
Each session begins with a guided warm-up, followed by a focused breakdown of specific postures—such as Bow Pose, Tree, Triangle, Rabbit, and more. You’ll learn how to balance breath with muscle control to find length, depth, and stability in your body. This series is a journey through the evolution of your postures—perfect for anyone curious about where flexibility and mindful effort can take them.
Whether you're looking to refine the basics or safely explore intermediate and advanced expressions, this workshop will support your growth with practical tools and personalized guidance.
