Join us on the first Sunday of every month from 1:30-2:30 PM for a FREE alignment-focused yoga class designed for students of all levels. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class emphasizes proper alignment to help you refine your technique, deepen your practice, and prevent injury.
Guided by Chad Price, you'll explore fundamental alignment principles for common yoga poses, gaining strategies to enhance your stability, strength, and mobility. This class is a supportive space where yoga is about progress, not perfection—allowing you to move with greater awareness and confidence. We highly reccomend registering ahead of time to claim you spot.
