Pincha & Play Forearm Balance Workshop

Join Gabrielle and Nina for an in-depth workshop designed to help you build strength, stability, and confidence in Pincha Mayurasana (Forearm Stand). This all-levels session will provide the tools and techniques necessary to develop a strong foundation for your inversion practice.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Essential alignment cues to protect your shoulders and spine

  • Strength and flexibility drills to support forearm balance

  • Techniques for balancing and safely entering the pose with or without the wall

  • Strategies for overcoming fear and refining your inversion practice

The workshop will include core activation exercises, wrist and shoulder preparation, and progressive drills to help you work toward a controlled and sustainable forearm stand.
