Roman Pietris
Roman attained his 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training certification from Hawaii Yoga Institute. Initially pursuing the training to deepen his own yoga practice, he soon recognized its potential to empower him to guide others through this transformative journey. Roman's introduction to yoga occurred approximately four years ago, stemming from a personal quest to address mental health challenges originating from his military service, including combat experiences in Afghanistan.
Yoga emerged as his foremost tool for achieving mental tranquility and life balance. Roman has evolved a distinctive approach characterized by a dynamic vinyasa flow that underscores the synergy of breath and movement. He firmly advocates for the symbiotic relationship between physical and mental well-being, affirming that a robust, harmonious body is integral to cultivating a serene and sound mind.
